SUBSCRIPTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT

By placing an order on this website, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

When you claim a free bottle offer, you are enrolling in a monthly subscription. By completing checkout, you authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring monthly payments at the current subscription rate ($44.99/month or as displayed at checkout) beginning 30 days after your initial order and continuing monthly until you cancel.

2. FREE BOTTLE OFFER

- Your first bottle may be provided free of charge as part of a promotional offer.
- We reserve the right to withhold shipment of any free bottle if your subscription is cancelled before your first paid subscription payment is successfully processed.
- Free bottle shipment is subject to stock availability and confirmation of a valid payment method on file.
- Limit one (1) free bottle per customer, per household, per payment method. If you place multiple orders using the same or different accounts, you will only receive one free bottle. All additional bottles will be charged at the regular subscription rate.
- Beginning with your second month (first paid billing cycle), you will be charged for and receive all bottles associated with your subscription(s).

3. BILLING & PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

- By entering your payment information at checkout, you authorize NISK Health to charge your payment method for your subscription.
- Your first paid charge will occur 30 days after your initial order date and will recur monthly on the same date thereafter.
- You will be locked into each billing cycle 72 hours (3 days) before your charge date. No cancellations or modifications will be accepted within this 72-hour window.
- You will receive a confirmation email at the time of your initial order outlining your subscription and billing schedule.
- You acknowledge that you are entering into a recurring payment agreement and that charges will continue until you cancel.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

- You may cancel your subscription up to 72 hours (3 days) before your next scheduled billing date by contacting us at niskglobalinc@gmail.com.
- Once you are within 72 hours of your next billing date, cancellation is no longer available for that billing cycle. Your payment will be processed and your order will ship.
- Cancellation requests received within the 72-hour window will apply to the following billing cycle only.
- Once a payment has been processed, it is non-refundable for that billing cycle except as outlined in our Satisfaction Guarantee below.
- If you cancel your subscription before your first paid charge is processed, you may not be eligible to receive the free bottle offer.

5. SUBSCRIPTION MODIFICATIONS

To skip, pause, or modify your subscription, contact us at niskglobalinc@gmail.com at least 72 hours (3 days) before your next billing date.

RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return:

- Item must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging
- You must provide receipt or proof of purchase
- You must request a return by contacting niskglobalinc@gmail.com before sending any items back

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at niskglobalinc@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We will evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

- Opened or used products
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalized orders
- Personal care items that have been unsealed
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items, promotional items, or gift cards

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, request a return, and once approved, place a new order for the desired item.

EUROPEAN UNION — 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification, provided:

- Item is unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging
- You provide receipt or proof of purchase
- You contact us at niskglobalinc@gmail.com to initiate the return

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, contact us at niskglobalinc@gmail.com.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of your first paid subscription charge. If you are not satisfied with our product, contact us at niskglobalinc@gmail.com within 60 days of your first payment to request a full refund of that charge.

This guarantee applies to your first paid subscription charge only and does not apply to subsequent billing cycles.

CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

By completing checkout, you agree that you have read and understood these terms. If you have any billing concerns or disputes, you agree to contact us at niskglobalinc@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card company.

Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes filed without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in collection action and/or being banned from future purchases.
